The CNA is an association whose purpose is to help company directors in their efforts to create and develop their business activities. It also represents the interests of trade businesses in various different organisations, institutions and commissions. It offers different services to craftsmen, providing better information on tax, administrative, social and environmental regulations and on labour unions.
In relation to tax and administrative regulations as well as company registration or the modification and utilisation of company balance sheets and audits, the CNA offers its members the following services :
• specialised advice,
• assistance keeping account books, accounting, in general, and tax returns,
• information and regular updates on tax legislation, local taxes...
• assistance in the event of a tax audit.
Concerning social legislation :
• The CNA gives practical information to company directors concerning hiring and laying off , salaries, social contributions, disputes...
• It serves as a link between businesses and the authorities to determine social and tax contributions.
• The CNA acts to promote worker safety and respect for regulations related to health and risk prevention by providing information and advice on employer behaviour.
The CNA also participates in the development of economic activities for businesses :
• Concerning data processing, the CNA offers feasibility and development studies to create systems adapted to the company's needs. It also proposes workshops and assistance for data processing applications.
• Concerning the environment, the CNA offers technical assistance for the application of regulations in effect. It makes an annual declaration of the quantity of waste produced.
• The CNA also provides information and training for craftsmen in order to encourage them to adopt a quality approach in relation to their production processes. It intervenes in the case of negotiations with banking institutions to facilitate loans and to provide various different financial tools to companies.
