Its aim is :
• to buy equipment, raw materials and semi-finished products,
• to buy buildings and to manage property and shops,
• to organise and take part in trade fairs,
• to develop publicity and promotion campaigns,
• to develop scientific research undertaken by private or public bodies,
• to assess/collect accounting information, to help business management and provide financial advice.

It is a real management centre for craftsmen in the Province, under the direction of an administration committee whose members are elected for a period of 3 years.
