• Customs provides companies with foreign trade statistics that they can refer to on Minitel 3615 DOUANETEL, on Internet site www.finances.gouv.fr/douane, on CD-ROM and in statistic information centres (International Trade Statistics Yearbook with annual data, the BEATRICE databank with trade flows by product and by country for the last three years and for the year in progress).
• Customs has set up a "Cellule Conseil aux Entreprises" (business advisory unit for companies).
• Customs has a network of correspondents abroad who are qualified to give information about customs regulations in some foreign countries.
