The new business creator may choose the legal structure to carry on his activity. There is obviously no "miracle structure". The structure must be adapted to the project and not the contrary. Four forms are available :
• The "entreprise individuelle" (sole ownership)
• The "Entreprise Unipersonnelle à Responsabilité Limitée" - EURL (limited liability company under sole ownership)
• The "Société à Responsabilité Limitée" - SARL (limited liability company)
• The "Société en Nom Collectif" - SNC (partnership)
